The History of the JMichaels Business Trade Name
At a young age Michael exhibited his passion for developing culinary skills.  He and his best friend, Joseph (“Joey”) DuMouchel, both supported each others development as exceptional athletes and planned for a working relationship in the future.  Tragically, in 2002, Joey’s life was cut short by a traffic accident occurring while traveling home.  With many aspirations Michael continued to pursue their dream.  He was mentored by many willing Chefs to show a young Michael the exciting world of food.  Jonathan (“Jack”) Shroeder became one of many that offered his knowledge to Michael. Unfortunately in early 2003 Jack passed away suddenly.  As an honor to the men that supported him, Michael has dedicated the "J" of JMichaels Catering, LLC.
